Our Executive Director, Camilla Mottl , joined WIA in 2001 and has over twenty five years of Homeowner Association Management experience. Camilla completed the Community Association Institute’s Professional Management Development Program in 1990 and performed her case study on Woodbridge Village Association in Irvine, California. Her experience includes responsibility for all facets of operations for a large Association in Virginia Beach. There, she was responsible for overseeing a 600-acre private community with over 5,000 members, 2300 homes, three parks, sport facilities, 11 lakes and multiple clubhouses and pools. In Texas, she worked with high-end luxury high-rise communities and was responsible for all operations and staffing with emphasis on personnel, finances and community relations.

Kate Horton is our Architectural Control Administrator.  Please give her a call if you are looking for information on new construction, major modifications, or any changes to the exterior of your property.  She also handles registration for classes as well as rentals for the Woodmoor Community Center (The Barn).  If you are interested in renting a room for 100 people or 15, please give Kate a call.  She and her husband have raised four children in the Tri-Lakes area.  Kate loves antiques!

Matt Beseau is the staff member to contact regarding Forestry questions. Matt can arrange for a free Forestry review of the trees on your property, inform you of any existing Forestry grant programs, and talk you into becoming a trained volunteer Tree Monitor! Matt also handles covenant issues. He has lived in Colorado Springs for over 20 years and was hired due to his extensive expertise and tenure in the customer service field. As the Administrator for Forestry and Covenants, Matt encourages residents to contact him should they have any questions regarding these departments.

Sandy O'Donnell is our part-time accountant.  Sandy has returned home to Colorado after 30 years on the road with her now retired Army spouse.  She has her degree in accounting from Colorado State University and CPA license from Texas.  The O'Donnell's have one married son who resides in Vancouver, Washington.
