- Annual Meeting

The Woodmoor Improvement Association Annual Meeting is held in January of each year on the last Monday evening of the month. Elections for the Board of Directors are held at that time
The WIA begins accepting nominations for candidates to serve on the WIA Board of Directors in October.
Board members serve for a term of three years. Offices held include:

• Vice-President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Director of Architectural Control
• Director of Common Areas
• Director of Covenants
• Director of Forestry
• Director of Public Safety
