Board of Directors Meetings

 

When: Fourth Wednesday of each month

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Where: 1691 Woodmoor Drive

Details:

  1. Residents are encouraged to attend to better acquaint themselves with the business at hand or to bring issues to their Board for consideration.
  2. There is a sign-in sheet placed outside the meeting room.
  3. Members are requested to sign in and signify if they wish to address the Board.
  4. At the beginning of the meeting, the Board President will recognize those that wish to speak to the Board.
  5. The Board does request that comments be limited to three minutes for each person.
  6. Since the meetings are normally long, with many agenda items that have been previously researched for presentation, members wishing extended discussion on any subject are encouraged to contact any Board member or the Executive Director to arrange for inclusion on future Board agendas.
