Board of Directors Meetings

When: Fourth Wednesday of each month (earlier in November and December)

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Where: 1691 Woodmoor Drive, "the Barn"

Details:

  1. Residents are encouraged to attend Board meetings to learn more about Woodmoor or to bring issues to the Board for consideration.
  2. There is a sign-in sheet placed outside the meeting room.  Members are requested to sign in and note if they wish to address the Board.
  3. Near the beginning of the meeting, the Board President will recognize those that wish to speak to the Board.
  4. Since the meetings are normally long, with many agenda items that have been previously researched for presentation, WIA residents wishing extended discussion on any subject are encouraged to contact any Board member or the HOA Manager to arrange for inclusion on future Board agendas.
