Matt Beseau — WIA HOA Manager. Matt has been serving Woodmoor for over 8 years and has extensive knowledge of the Community.  Please contact Matt at 488-2693 extension 2.

Mike Smith — Architectural Control (ACC) & Community Center (Barn) Rentals. Mike has been in the residential construction business as a skilled carpenter, administrator and eventually, company owner for 32 years. He and his wife, Carol, recently designed, built and moved into their new home in Wissler Ranch. They enjoy camping in our beautiful mountains. Mike’s hobbies include being a volunteer DJ/Drummer for the Therapeutic Recreation Program monthly dances for the developmentally disabled in El Paso County. He also enjoys ’57 Chevy’s and fishing. Please contact Mike with any questions you may have at 488-2693 extension 1.

Denise Cagliaro — Bookkeeper.  You may contact Denise Mondays and Fridays for your questions regarding biling inquiries at 488-2693 extension 3.
