The Articles and Bylaws have passed by overwhelming margins. The submission of consent forms for the proposed Declaration of Covenants remains open. See the Governing Documents page for full details.

New Board Members and Positions
The annual Woodmoor meeting was held Monday, January 30 at the Lewis-Palmer Middle School. As happens every year, Woodmoor members voted to elect 3 new board members either at the meeting, or earlier via mail-in ballot.
On Tuesday, January 31, the League of Women Voters tallied the ballots. Congratulations are in order for our three new board members (listed in order of votes received): Eric Gross, Jeff Gerhart, Darren Rouse. We thank all the candidates for volunteering for Woodmoor.
As per tradition, the board reorganization meeting was held the next day, February 1, and the Board chose the following positions for its members for the coming year:
