Toboggan Hill Survey As you may know, Toboggan Hill is a very popular recreation area when snow is on the ground. During these times, the increased traffic and parking in the area creates a hazardous situation for pedestrians and other vehicles. On the heaviest use days, up to 22 cars have been parking illegally around Toboggan Hill. To alleviate congestion, WIA is considering expanding the parking area to accommodate more cars. The proposed expansion would have 18 parking spaces, tripling the current space and alleviating cars parking along the roadside. WIA values your input as residents. Please answer the questions below to help us understand your concerns and desires. Please refrain from calling the WIA office, as this survey will serve as the data collection method.
